Zoning

Zoning is an excellent way to make your home more comfortable and save money. Traditionally, air conditioners provide air to every part of the house based on the temperature of one room (wherever the thermostat is). When a house is zoned, separate sections have separate thermostats, so you don't waste energy conditioning parts of the house which don't need it.
