Hot Water Recirculation
A hot water recirculation system provides near-instant hot water to all the faucets in your home. Rather than wasting water having to wait for the water to "warm up," you can save time and money. In a typical home, hot water sits in the pipes and cools, so when you turn on the faucet, you have to wait for warm water to push all the cold water out of the pipe. Hot water recirculation systems work, using either gravity or a pump, to keep hot water flowing in a slow loop around your home and back to the water heater. This means the water at the faucet is always warm. Hot water recirculation systems are heavily used in large commercial buildings (like hotels), but they can be a great solution for your home as well.
